Die Xie Dai (Chinese: 蹀躞带 ; pinyin: dié xiè dài) is a multifunctional belt.

Die Xie Dai first appeared in the Warring States period, during the Wei and Jin dynasties, the northern Hu (barbarian) knights introduced it to the Central Plains, and in the Tang dynasty, it was designated as a must-wear item for civil and military officials.

After the Kaiyuan era, when girls disguised themselves as men, they also used Die Xie Dai as decorations.

But at that time, the shape has become a narrow leather strip, which has lost its storage function and practical value.
